2013年作为合作作者参与编撰在法律出版社出版的法律实务书籍《赢在法庭——刑事辩护与代理的40个要点》获深圳市律师协会成立35周年之优秀著作奖

Victim's Participation in the International Criminal Court from the Perspective of Restorative Justice,2017年7月,澳门大学硕士毕业论文,全文约3.5万字(英文);    

曾赴英国伦敦大学城市学院(City, University of London, UK)修读并完成法律博士科研方法论课程;以及赴澳大利亚新南威尔士大学(UNSW)进行系统性英美法系海外律师培训,攻读JD法律博士课程(Juris Doctor)的多门英美法系项目及通过法学院考核。曾撰写多篇专业分析报告,包括英文案例研究《中美钢铁进口案》及《国际货物销售公约中的风险转移制度》,后者系统探讨CISG框架下的风险转移规则。

Publications & Academic Achievements

Co-authored the legal practical book Win in Court: 40 Key Points in Criminal Defense & Agency published by Law Press in 2013, which won the Outstanding Publication Award on the 35th Anniversary of the Founding of Shenzhen Lawyers Association.

Master’s thesis: Victim's Participation in the International Criminal Court from the Perspective of Restorative Justice, completed in July 2017 at the University of Macau (full English version, around 35,000 words).

Completed Doctor of Laws Research Methodology courses at City, University of London, UK; Received systematic common law legal training and finished core courses of Juris Doctor (JD) program with qualified assessment at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Australia.

Authored multiple professional research papers, including English case study Sino-US Steel Import Dispute and Risk Allocation Rules under CISG, which conducts in-depth research on risk transfer regulations under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
